Boxy Leprechaun Shoes

Hallo, Jammers!

Today's new item is the boxy, greenish Leprechaun Shoes.

I can't say that I like them, just because they kind of look too three-dimensional. Like there are already feet in them. o.o

Well, the Lucky Party is definitely approaching. There are Lucky Party JAGS, items... next, hopefully, the party itself!

I've also decided that the party will probably be next Friday, from 5-7 East Coast time, meaning two hours ahead of Mountain time. 

Now, for a side topic: I can't seem to get onto the computer without playing music. I usually listen to the Classical station on Pandora. 

I was posting, while a song called Song of the Caged Bird came on, and I liked the violin part, so I searched it and many results came up. It seems to be fairly popular. Anyone reading this can search it--- it's by Lindsey Stirling. :3

Oooh, marshmallows! :D

This seems like a fun project. When I was younger, as an assignment, we had to make a molecule like that, but we used gumdrops instead of marshmallows.

Magic Mirror and a Perfect 7,000 Views.

Hallo!

Today's item is yet another item from The Chamber of Knowledge--- the magic mirror.

It answers questions, like one of those cubes with the chips floating in it and when you shake it one comes to the surface, and it says something like," It is sure." O.O

But this mirror is much more simple. It only has three answers: yes, no, and ?

I had lots of fun asking it random questions. XD

I went to see if anyone had commented on my blog, and it was at a perfect 7,000 pageviews! I wonder if we can catch it at 8,000? And now we're nearly at 10,000 views! :O

Hallo!

It has really been a while. It's hard to start posting again as normal after taking a break for so long, but I'm going to start posting again normally. c:

It would also be nice if you could check out my channel here. Obviously I'm not going to be doing 'mailtimes' or anything, but instead I'll be making Q&A and update videos with a few friends.

Fair Warning: My voice sounds very young in the recordings, and kind of odd, and Tabby's voice in the latest video came out a bit loud. (Mostly because she was trying to get the microphone to hear her voice.)

Today's returning item is the Telescope in Outback Imports.

It looks exactly as before. Is it just me, or does it look like a painting of a telescope more than an animated telescope?

Wait a second... something is amiss.

The new item is in Outback Imports!

I wish that I could underline that a squillion times to show the importance.

But I thought that AJHQ had completely abandoned it? This is the first new item in Outback Imports in months! It seems that AJHQ hasn't completely forgotten about it after all! Speaking of forgotten shops, there should probably be a new item in the Chamber of Knowledge relatively soon. There hasn't been one in months.

I'm also glad that Rain Clouds have been added to the Diamond Shop. I mean, only having Rainbow Clouds and Thunder Clouds (which happen to be my least favorite ones) would be kind of dull. Maybe there will be one for sleet?

Rain is my favorite type of weather. <3

The Lucky Party JAGs have also come out, which means that the Lucky Party is coming soon. The third one scares me especially. I mean, who would have the idea to give an emerald arms, legs, and a hat? I'm kind of surprised that there aren't any animals either. Usually the JAGs have something to do with animals. :3

Oh, and good news: I'm going to Florida soon! Well, soon-ish. If you consider two months soon, which I do.

You've also probably heard that eagles are out. They look kinda.. interesting. But still realistic and adorable! And their default color isn't something like purple! *throws confetti*

Is this a new item as of today? I didn't see it yesterday, but then again I wasn't looking too thoroughly...

The 'Blue Heron?!'

Hallo, Jammers! ^.^

Today I realized that there is now a blue bar that allows you to scroll down on the Settings, so I knew that they had added something new. That is when I spotted THIS:

Wait, no... could they have changed it?! was what immediately circulated through my head. So I clicked on the 'Go Now' button, wide-eyed...

It must be named after Mira! She's blue, and a heron... so I'm assuming it's named in her honor?

Liza's voiced changed! Now it is higher and more... tinkly? And she is wearing an odd glove that looks like it has bits of turquoise quartz on it. o.o

Anyways, today's item is...

The Heart Scarf! :D
If I wore it with a clover blanket and found some patterned shoes and a patterned hat to go with it, it would look rather odd.
Oh, and has anyone else noticed the vague change in the Jam Mart Furniture music? There is the sound of clattering shopping carts, and snatches of chatter such as 'uh-huh' and 'alright' and 'really?'

A Wonderful and Terrible Update.

Hallo, Jammers!

So, today there is an update that makes me thrilled! (And not.)

But, anyways, the important thing is....

A cheap, NONMEMBER, underwater den! :DDD

This is truly a monumental thing in Animal Jam history. The day that a NONMEMBER den was released! And better yet, now everyone can have a den for their underwater animals! When I initially saw the nonmember label, I was staring at my screen in utter shock for a few minutes at least. And LOOK!

For that purpose, there are now nonmember underwater items, including the Kelp Curtain, one of my favorites!

Why did they have to change the chat? :'(

Now it's so limited, even with free chat....

AND, MY BROTHER WAS HACKED. THEY CHANGED HIS SEAL TO THIS CREEPY THING WITH SLITS FOR EYES, AND THE SAME WITH HIS TIGER. HE GOT ON TO SHOW ME. AND THE PERSON RECYCLED ALL OF HIS ANIMALS FROM BETA! How dare they do that to my brother!??!?!? D:

INCREDIBLY, HE TOOK NOTHING. MAYBE HE WANTED TO CLAIM MY BROTHER'S ACCOUNT. BUT WHOEVER IT IS...

Now, someone is probably trying to hack me. What should I do? But, really... I'm more concerned about my brother crying about his lost animals. :(

I know about the Friendship Festival, Jamaa Journal. Those wings look a bit weird, like they're silicon or something, but I guess they look different when your animal wears them.

Nice idea with the print-outs, though! ^.^

It MUST be some sort of odd coincidence that I mentioned that deer should come out and they did, then I made a poll on wether airborne animals should come out, and AJHQ released eagles... -blinks-

Anyways, I wonder if the eagles will be able to fly? That would be wonderful! :D

They might look a bit odd wearing the Eagle Mask, though. XD

I just can't bear the thought of my brother and I being hacked, all for some silly game. How incredibly immature of whoever it was.

I'm sorry if I sound too harsh, but there are people behind the screens who care if their memories from beta are recycled. So, whoever you are... stop it.

Is it really worth it to make people cry?

Princess Chair/Monarch Chair

Hallo, Jammers!

I couldn't post earlier this morning. I always find myself with a lack of time and interest when it's early. Anyways, today's item is the odd Princess Chair.

400 gems... not too pricey, but it's yet another Member Item. .-.

Well, I don't think that nonmembers will be missing out on too much with this one... though it is handy if you want to pretend to be a monarch and boss around your plushies.

I think that Pilgrim might be enjoying the idea just a bit too much, though. XD

Oh, and snowyclaw's blog alerted me to this weird phenomena:

You become totally frozen! My bunny looks rather chilly now. Maybe some hot cocoa would warm her up? (My personal favorite is peppermint.)

RIM--- Rare Gardening Hat.

Hallo, Jammers!

Today's RIM is the shiny golden Gardening Hat, on the third page of Jam Mart Clothing. :3

Pricey for a hat, but not for an RIM. Oh, and member. Of course. >.<

I know that there is a 'non-rare' version because I have, or had that hat, but the color was a pale lilac. Hmm, let me check. -sifts through inventory-

Oh, here it is. It's very floppy. I can't even see Juniper's eyes over the droopy brim! This version is actually member too. Like 79.9% of the items on Animal Jam are member these days, but I suppose I see why. At least there's more equality than Club Penguin. MUCH more, in fact. In Club Penguin, everything has these annoying little golden 'Member' locks, even the codes. And when you click on it, an annoying advertisement pops up that's like: JOIN CLUB PENGUIN AS AN OFFICIAL MEMBER! GET ALL THESE GREAT FEATURES! And then you get a membership.

On Moshi Monsters, there's actually a LOT of equality, except your pets are locked up. Bleh. :(

Moshi Monsters is a smidgeon too young, now, especially because they changed the characters to look like paper cut-outs.

See? Point proven. -shudder-

I don't see how making everything look like it was oddly drawn and making their heads be 3 times the size of their bodies makes the game better, but... oh well.

Heart Couch. o3o

Hallo, Jammers!

Today's item is the flat Heart Couch... which reminds me of a cot, for some reason. A very pink cot speckled with hearts. o3o

Animal Jam seems to love Valentine's.

Sooo many hearts. And so much pink. It's almost blinding!

Valentine's has never been my favorite holiday, for some reason. I have very bad luck on Valentine's day, including the time when my mom was driving me to an appointment before school and the door froze overnight and wouldn't close all the way. The door alarm was beeping furiously through the whole time that we were driving!

Then I couldn't have a single thing at school because there were some macadamia nut cookies, and... nevermind. XD

I'm sure my bad luck is boring you readers out of your minds.
But something like that seems to happen every single year. >.<

Speaking of holidays, the super bowl is blaring loudly and annoyingly from the TV. It's kind of hard to concentrate while random slips of music and talking are alternating loudly a few feet away from you. Sigh.

Even in Animal Jam, the Super Bowl is everywhere. 

More? Nuuu!

Agh. Those screenshots were literally taken of three different people in a period of five minutes.

And I have a question: are you planning to go anywhere during the spring break? I'm going to Florida. It's so serene and humid there. Warm, humid, and breezy is my favorite kind of weather, maybe with a drizzle of rain.

Hehe, I told you I was an amphibian. >:D
